As closely as I follow politics – which is far more closely than is healthy for anyone – I didn’t know until well into the 2008 campaign that Obama smokes.
Where were you when you learned that?
Anyway, I think there are several great (or at least funny) bits to this one sentence summary of Obamacare. Among them are that the guy who pushed a new healthcare plan based partly on prevention smokes, and that no one who passed it read it first being another.
